1. Educational Limitations

F2X Capital Academy is strictly an educational provider. We do not operate as a financial broker, investment fund, or advisory service. All chart setups, indicators, live streams, and course materials are provided for learning and simulation purposes only.

We do not promise or guarantee that any student will pass prop firm evaluations or achieve trading profits. Retail trading carries heavy capital risks.

2. Student Accounts and Access

By enrolling in our programs, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our video classrooms, Discord servers, and indicator scripts.

Sharing your account credentials, copying playbook PDFs, or distributing custom F2X Indicator source codes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of academy access without refund.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All course syllabi, visual diagrams, written guidelines, slide presentations, and indicator suites are the exclusive intellectual property of F2X Capital Academy. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution is subject to legal action under UAE jurisdiction.

4. Student Code of Conduct

We maintain a supportive, collaborative learning community. Spamming, advertising external services, or engaging in harassment, discrimination, or abusive language within our Discord channels or live classrooms will result in immediate expulsion.
